We provide digital marketing services, including but not limited to [all of our listed digital marketing services on this website]. The specific services provided will be outlined in a separate agreement between you and us.
3. Payments/Late Payment
There will be a 3 day grace period for late payments for all subscription based services fulfilled by Click Dream, including website hosting, search engine marketing, email hosting, social media marketing, email marketing, google marketing, etc.
After the 3 day grace period has concluded, and invoices remain outstanding, services will be temporarily suspended pending payment. Payment arrangements must be made with an agent via email or telephone call to reinstate your services.
Any payments made after suspension will inccur a 20% late/reconnection fee per service. Ex. $50 + 20% = $60.00
Payment for our services may be made upfront, monthly, or by any arrangement agreed upon by both parties. All payments are non-refundable. Payments paid via invoice will inccur a 3% processing fee that goes to Paypal for invoicing. To avoid this fee, you may pay via Cashapp, Chime, or Applepay.
4. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee any specific results from our services. We do guarantee that we will due our utmost with due diligence to make your projects successful to produce the desired result, with hopes of a continuous mutually beneficial business relationship.The success of our marketing efforts and services will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the nature of your business, industry competition, and your implementation of our recommendations.
5. No Refunds
All payments made to us are non-refundable, regardless of the reason. After initial payment is received we begin to invest resources into your project.
For this reason we can not offer refunds after payment has been submitted. By use of Click Dream services and acceptance of these terms and conditions you hereby waive any rights to arbitration or any remedies financial or otherwise.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created or designed by us, including but not limited to website designs, content, and marketing and/or branding materials, remains our property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or these Terms and Conditions.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement for any reason with [5 day notice upon the start of a given project]. Upon termination, you will immediately cease using our services and all outstanding payments will be due.
